With more than 28 years of experience in trauma-informed care, Bozena supports individuals and families navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and emotional dysregulation.

Warm, compassionate, and deeply client-centred, Bozena brings extensive clinical experience, insight, and genuine care to every therapeutic relationship. Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe and supportive connection. She creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

With advanced training and extensive experience in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Bozena helps clients work through trauma, anxiety, and emotional blocks in a way that honours their story, strengths, and pace. She believes every person has the capacity to heal, and her role is to gently guide and support that process with empathy, presence, and clinical expertise.

Clients often describe Bozena as warm, grounded, and intuitive — someone who can hold space for difficult experiences without judgment. Her practice is informed by trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation, supporting deep and lasting therapeutic change.
