Support for wherever life has you right now

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. You may be navigating anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, burnout, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Bozena provides compassionate, evidence-based counselling and therapies tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Sessions are designed to help you feel heard, understood, and supported — whether you are seeking short-term guidance or deeper long-term therapeutic work.

Bozena also provides Medicare-eligible psychological therapies under the Focused Psychological Strategies (FPS) framework for clients with a valid GP Mental Health Care Plan.

Bozena’s Approach to Therapy

Bozena believes therapy should never feel clinical, rushed, or one-dimensional. Every person brings their own story, personality, challenges, and strengths into the therapeutic space -  which is why no two treatment plans are the same.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centred, creating a safe environment where you can explore difficulties openly and at your own pace.

Rather than relying on a single method, Bozena works from an integrative therapeutic framework, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to provide the approach best suited to your individual circumstances.

Client-centred care

Your sessions are guided by what matters most to you. Therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with space for reflection, insight, practical strategies, and emotional support.

Root-cause focused

While symptom relief is important, Bozena also works to understand the underlying patterns, experiences, and emotional factors contributing to distress - helping create meaningful and lasting change.

Integrative & evidence-based

Drawing from contemporary psychological therapies and evidence-based approaches, treatment is tailored to your needs rather than applying a “one-size-fits-all” model.

What to expect

During the initial consultation, I will seek an understanding of your goals and expectations for therapy. I will work with you to help you gain an understanding of the difficulties that you are experiencing and generate a flexible treatment plan that will help move you towards your goals.

Your wellbeing is my priority. My initial goal is to help provide support and relief, then, as the sessions progress, we will work through various different techniques to give you the tools, skills and strategies to help you move towards a happier and more contented way of life.
